Company Policy and Terms of all Sales


ORDERING

  • All orders placed with R. Rogers Designs are based on the time frame of when order are received and deposit was run.
  • All custom orders are the client’s responsibility to get correct measurements, angles of degrees for miters, and a purchase order must be received with details of finish and instructions.
  • All orders placed with our company must have knowledge that all finishes are hand done and finish may vary.
  • All orders for antique mirror product must also have knowledge that it is an aging hand done process that can vary and may not have total control over how light to dark the finish product may turn.
  • If you wish to make and receive a rush order you will incur the charges for the rush order.
  • We do not offer refunds to credit cards if you want to cancel your orders.
  • If you cancel your order you will lose your deposit. Any future orders will require a new deposit.
  • Faxing “cancel order” confirmation will not assist in a refund of your deposit.
  • We are notifying you with the understanding that we are a custom house manufacturer. When you place your order costs will immediately be incurred by R. Rogers Designs for production. This is why canceling and refunds are not permitted.
  • We do not stock products, nor do we keep inventory of merchandise. We hand pour each item which has to have time to dry and allow time for finishing and packaging.
  • Due to ongoing business sales and trade shows your order will be processed according to the date it was received. Orders placed while we are attending a trade show will be filled after the trade show orders have been completed.
  • Large custom orders for headboards and cornices will require 6 to 8 months for completion. That is based on you wanting to COM fabric you need to approve. This is also based on finishing details you want, and measurements you approve.
  • All orders will be final. When orders are ready we will ship product to your business and will not wait nor keep requesting your ship to address.

SHIPPING POLICY

When we ship your order you must inspect it upon delivery. If damages occur you need to refuse the delivery and items damaged will be reshipped.

  • We are not responsible for freight costs and extra services cost you request. If you request lift gate, residential delivery, or call before delivery these services are extra and will be billed to your method of payment you used to pay for your order.
  • Freight charges and request for extra services are non-negotiable.
  • If you fail to inspect your shipment upon delivery we will not be held responsible to replace nor reship your order nor will we issue a refund.
  • All damages must be noted on delivery receipt at the time the driver is there.
  • All orders must have filled out credit card form when or before order will ship. If we do not have a signed form filled out we will not ship order until a legible form is filled out and signed and faxed back to R. Rogers Designs at our fax number (336) 887-0216. We will not be held responsible for delayed shipping orders due to incomplete credit card forms. You must allow your payment method to have enough funds to cover the transaction price, plus freight costs and request for extra services costs.
